It was so great working with you.  You made the process great because you were so awesome to me and Rob.  I'm so happybpurnpaths crossed.

If we could rate Roseann and Ed on a 5 Star Scale, they would get 10! The idea of buying our first home was nerve racking, but we found Flavin & Flavin. Rosanne was incredibly easy to work with, very attentive, kind, and educational. She took us through each step, walking us through everything and answering all our questions, never once making us feel like we were a burden. Ed helped us out on many occasions, from walkthroughs to the inspection, and offering incredible insight into homeownership we never thought about.

We do not have enough kind words for them, they were truly a blessing in helping us find and purchase our first home.
