Juliann joined her in laws family owned and operated business in 2017. After a successful career in the telecommunications as an inside sales manager, she decided to join the family and obtain her real estate license. Growing up in the Houghs Neck section of Quincy as a fourth generation resident and a mother of four children , she understands the importance of community and the effect environment has in raising a family. She now resides in Adams Shore with her husband ,third generation owner of Flavin & Flavin and her four children. She is a graduate of UMass Boston and The American Academy of Real Estate. She volunteered for the Quincy Youth Cheerleaders and the Houghs Neck Community Center Cheerleading program. She is a member of the Houghs Neck Community Council, The Adams Shore Association, The Merrymount Association as well as the Merrymount PTO.
